They came across a major issue that was hidden during our roof repair. They immediately informed us of the severity of the problem. After they bounced ideas off of one another, along with us being part of the discussion, they came up with a plan on how to address the structural issue. They secured the structure, then rebuilt it and replaced the roof. We have had a few major storms since then and everything is working great! Being someone that has worked in management within the customer service industry, I always like to give a shout-out to those who truly embody customer service.
